HELP US SAVE ZEV

Zev

Zev Wolff is 7 years old and lives in Woodmere, N.Y.

At age 3, he was diagnosed with a rare childhood cancer known as Neuroblastoma. After surgery, chemo and radiation he had a brief remission. Now, he has unfortunately suffered a relapse. Constant chemotherapy is holding the cancer at bay, but this is not a long term solution.

Very little money is spent trying to perfect a cure for this cancer because only a few hundreds children a year are afflicted with it. Zev's parents, Helen and Ranan, together with other groups of parents, have taken it upon themselves to raise the funds necessary to accelerate the production and testing of treatments for Neuroblastoma.

There is currently a drug in production, a humanized version of 3F8, that can help Zev and other children. Funding is needed to produce this and 2 other humanized monoclonal antibodies and have them ready for clinical trials as soon as possible. Other therapies that depend on private funding, in order to be available to these children are listed on the medical info page.

Please pray for Zev (whose Hebrew name is Zev Eliezer ben Chaya Sheindel) and please make a financial donation that will help us save Zev and other children like him.
